documentation leaves out file structure information and non-condor run execution instructions. These should be added before a "formal" release of the software.

Things I want to add to nwtopt documentation

  • Explanation of file structure
  • No condor run instructions
  • explanation of NWTOPT.py
  • clearer instructions on filling out nwtopt.sub

if anyone has any more suggestions pls drop them here
