Someone told me HBO changed something so I just tried and got the following.
Audio track can decrypt just fine, but as you can see the video track decryption key is just 00000's.
So either the KID is wrong or the CDM is banned (which I doubt since it's private) or they simply moved to L1 for video keys.
Any ideas ?

Hmax is l1 for 1080+ now.
