Better workflow for reordering animations #3

Current workflow is:

  1. Click on empty space around frames to select all frames
  2. Click-drag from FRAME to new location

Current problems:

  1. Should be able to click-drag from animation bar, not frame
  2. Animation name is lost while dragging

Need better way of reordering animations, perhaps re-add hotkeys as well for better workflow.
