If I sync files I got the file list. On the file list I remove some files from list but the removed files will still be added/deleted/changed. It's for both: syncFrom and syncTo

There was a problem where the temp file with the diff list wasn't write back. So the changes wasn't never saved. There is a new Hotfix 4.0.7 branch which will fix this. @frontendschlampe if you have time and a test system can you check this?

I tested with 4.12.1 and it works correctly now. Thank you. :-*
