Describe the bug
Couple of issues here:

  1. Some clusters have weird behavior after they are opened and the timeline slider is used. By moving the timeline slider handles back and forth, I was able to regenerate an opened cluster again, appearing behind the markers originally contained in the cluster.
  2. I had a marker change its position on the map when a nearby cluster was updated with the timeline slider.
  3. Markers around clusters sometimes disappear when a cluster is opened.

Additional context
We will need to look into this more, but I think these are all part of the same problem. Something is not updating properly with the timeline slider -- maybe the PruneCluster instance?
