Added some new protocol parsers - Linux Cooked Capture and ERSPAN / GRE.
Added a new report on redirected connections for Always-On Application Intent=ReadOnly and Azure SQL DB Gateway redirections.
Prints what machine the trace was taken on, if it can detect that.
