Quick accents changes for mathematical usage

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Three things.

1. Make it more uniform between all the quick accent keys particularly for Greek letters. I spent weeks not knowing that the Δ was behind capital D since many other greek letters, sigma for example, have capital and lower case shown on both the capital and lowercase letters.
2. Add a list of all the keys and the current accents associated with them to make it easier to see them all. Many are in locations you wouldn't think of, like √ behind comma.
3. Add the proportional symbol to quick accents. It may already be there, however due to the above point it is very annoying to check. Same for the therefore symbol as well.

Scenario when this would be used?

These sort of symbols are very commonly used in maths and quick accent is by far the easiest way to use them. I have already extensively used many of these symbols however some are missing and this would make an amazing tool just that bit better.
