Describe the bug
When trying to install via Dynamics 365 in a GCC environment, I receive the following:

This is the case no matter the environment chosen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Dynamics 365 apps in the Power Platform Admin Center
Click on the Power Platform Hospital Emergency Response App
Choose the environment, click install
See error

Expected behavior
For the app to be installed correctly.
