Sorry @luzpaz, I can't find any installer wizard or executable archives from that release. No additional files are attached to Assets panel. Could you please guide me on how to find the actual file?

According to BRL-CAD/brlcad#111 (comment), an EXE file is released. I'll try if it's able to submit.
