• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

When trying to upgrade a present Webex installation to a newer version, the installation always fails with the error:

Another version of this application is already installed.
Installer failed with exit code: 1638

In the current yaml files UpgradeBehavior is set to "install". Using "uninstallPrevious" should fix the issue.

Steps to reproduce

winget install Cisco.Webex --version 44.8.0.30404
winget upgrade Cisco.Webex

Actual behavior

Error code when trying to upgrade:

Another version of this application is already installed.
Installer failed with exit code: 1638

Expected behavior

Successful installation of newest version.
