I retried many many times by clicking Download WinDBG button which redirected to url https://aka.ms/windbg/download on MSDN page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/#install-windbg-directly, but only got 403 page.
I searched old issues and found this #185, retried many many times as said in the post, but still got 403 page only.
Is there any other url address which I can download WinDBG other than this 403 one?
