An issue exists with the current PDF417 class in which the input data does not match the output data of the barcode when scanned with multiple different device manufacturers. In testing this seems to only be effecting ANSI MH10.8.3 usage. This issue seems to be resolved in the latest version of TCPDF's PDF417 class.
