Somewhere in Croissant for data to be marked as synthetic

We received a request for this feature on Kaggle: https://www.kaggle.com/discussions/product-feedback/522406

I wonder if this is something that we should include in Croissant as well. Perhaps at the RecordSet level since a dataset could have multiple tables, but maybe only one of them has synthetic data.
