Support other Accounts than Github

It could be a good idea to also support other Accounts, like Twitter, Mastodon, Gitlab.com.

Do you mean for fetching profile pictures? I chose GitHub because it's particularly easy to fetch profile pictures due to their magic links: https://github.com/mocdaniel.png - we'll have to see if something similar exists for other social platforms.

Exactly.
From what i have seen it might not be easy to have gitlab support, as they want an mail address and not a accountname according to their docs. https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/avatar.html - at least if you want to use an API.

I dont know yet how easy this could be solved for twitter and mastodon.
