3.8.2规则的加载改为由source.list决定，取消了视频模式，导致开启视频模式的朋友会出现koolproxy进程未运行导致无法上网的问题，请使用全局模式或者ipset模式！
之后插件会配合此次二进制的更新，取消视频模式的选项，并会提供自定义的规则加载
