Add grading feature

Hi,

I want to propose one improvement to this great plugin (thanks for your work BTW!)

When showing it to teachers they've seen interesting to be able to grade each students' participation on the pad, so it would be interesting to add that grading feature to the module within the Moodle gradebook and give to the teachers the capability to grade each students participation.
