I've been avoiding doing this, since we'd need to update every package.json for CI, and xpi-manifest for release. It may be a win overall though. Filing for future investigation.

We could also potentially disable CI in certain package.json files, if we don't want those built as xpis (e.g. firefox-voice homepage/package.json).
