Describe the bug
The App exclusions settings doesn't show up in my settings. Reading the logs, I can see it is deactivated on startup when detecting Mullvad on my device, even though it is not running.

Affected Platforms:
Windows 10 (maybe more ?)

Prerequisites:

  • Install Mullvad VPN

  • Open Settings;

Expected result:
The "App Exclusions" setting showing in the list of settings.

A list of settings lacking the presence of "App Exclusions".

I get that it might be a requirement in the partnership between Mozilla and Mullvad, as I understand the former lies on the later's infrastructure (but I might be wrong), but this is not explained anywhere in the app or the documentation.
