That being said, I'm very sorry to hear you're unable to find the VPN Reset feature in the app. The VPN Reset feature was updated on v2.22, before that version, the feature was hidden behind the 'Developer options' which could be found inside the VPN Settings by tapping at least 6 times in the Settings title.
