Suggested by @marco-c:

when we file a new crash, if clouseau gives us more than one potential commit, we could file the bug and ask the authors of the commits to check which one is the cause

if we don't have too many options (e.g. if it's up to 3), we could needinfo all authors

Context: currently we needinfo the regressor author only when we can link the crash to a specific regressor bug.
