This list gave me the impression that it was about time that it was safe to switch back to Linux, because Wayland finally had the input tools I need. input-remapper is a thing, ydotool is a thing, etc. What isn't clear, is that they all work by going a layer lower, and exclusively grabbing the input device from the kernel, meaning that no other app can do the same. So you can't have all of them, only ONE.

This is a pretty big deal since, of course, none of the tools can (or should, really) do everything. So really, these sections should not be wearing a green tick at all. Grey tick might be in order, a la the Nvidia section....
