It seems to me that the ~/.scryerrc configuration file is only used when I start scryer without a source file.
When I start it with a source file, the libraries that .scryerrc loads seem to not be available.
Is that the way it is supposed to work?
Maybe that is intentional so each source file must load all the modules it uses rather than relying on something outside them to do the loading.

I think the issue is that these libraries are in fact loaded, but their exported operators are not propagated to the loaded file!

There is an existing issue about this: #1775
