model configuration/adjustment

Hi mudler, hello experts,
I just have installed localAI some weeks ago and don't have much experience with models/LLMs yet, but I'm working on it. :-)
First of all thank to mudler for your great work and that you share it with us.
Currently I have two questions related to two models and I did not find answers online in the last two days:

1. "Chronos-Gold-12B-1.0.Q4_K_M" (installed from gallery and used with basic web UI):
How and where can I set a (longer) system_prompt to adapt this model for my needs?
I know, that there is a possibility in the web-UI, but that is a temorary and appears for all models. I want to put it i a configuration.

2. TTS/Piper with voice-en-us-libritts-high (installed from gallery and used with basic web UI):
The model is a multi speaker model. It works, but I can't find a way to change the speaker. All hints which I have found online do not work. Maybe you can give me a short advice, in which file I have to do which setting to change the speaker.
