Updated version of the redmine_stats plugin.

- The plugin now works for postgreSQL based Redmine instances.
Q : How to install the plugin?
A : - clone or download it to plugins folder under where redmine is installed. eg: /home/myaspm/redmine/plugins/ - be sure that the folder of the plugin's name is "redmine_stats". eg: /home/myaspm/redmine/plugins/redmine_stats/ - restart your redmine instance.
Q : Do i need to migrate database or install a gem?
A : No, all you need to do is restarting redmine instance.
Q : What's to come?
A : Issue stats involving child and parent projects will be improved. Project name's will be updated to include parent project's name.
