Caused by the Unity regression: https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues/guid/ISXB-1208

Please vote on the tracker to make it fixed as soon as possible.

Known workarounds: enable Reload Domain in the project settings or downgrade the Input System package to version 1.7.0.
