Allow Currency Symbol as suffix

The current implementation of hledger-currency-string seems assumes that the currency symbol is prefixed to the amount (e.g., ₹ 100). However, in some use cases it may be preferable or required to place the currency symbol after the amount. For example in Euros (10 EUR) for example.
