Package has no function scrape_url

Hi all, not sure if this is still being maintained, I understand it's quite old, but I'm used car shopping and wanted to do some bulk data analysis of used cars near me via c-list. I imported this function as it shows on PyPi, but got an error that scrape_url does not exist. Since that seems to be the main function I assume this project is dead.
