Description

We need a way to organize mission status and notices status.

Acceptance criteria

  • add table to https://gcn.nasa.gov/missions with columns:
    • mission - link to mission page
    • status (operational vs archival vs onboarding)
    • GCN Classic - link to archive
    • New GCN - link to Quickstart with addition of pre-filled selection
