Current behavior

CALET changed their links to their light curves to https, but they're still coming out as http.
LC_URL was changed from http://cgbm.calet.jp/cgbm_trigger/flight to https://cgbm.calet.jp/cgbm_trigger/flight

Expected behavior

URL should be https
