Also, should give user the option to decide char-sites to filter out based on the reported "issues". That information should all be stored with the filtered data tracker.

Some problems I've seen:

Quantitation limit category is associated with wrong threshold (e.g., says below detectable limit but the reported threshold is the upper threshold)
Numeric data includes things like ">350", which then converts it to character field and dashboard doesn't know how to treat those data
