This Project is AMAZING! I've tried some photos taken by myself and both the speed and result look promising. I will try to implement it on my computer.

Just want to report that when I clicked the example of the small Naver Labs Europe tower, the server seems to have trouble locating the photos for you lab:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/gradio/8bc35fbd202048daeaec0183ac0763b833e2bf35/01D90321-69C8-439F-B0B0-E87E7634741C-83120-000041DAE419D7AE.jpg'

Also, if there's a button to download the generated point cloud file (like .laz) from Hugging Face that I'm too nearsighted to locate, please let me know

Hi, it was working fine for me, but I restarted the space anyway.
there's a button on the top right of the 3D model viewer to download the .glb file
