Assessment Completion Box Behavior Issue

Issue : - The assessment completion box displays incorrect behavior during the assessment process.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Attempt an assessment and answer a question incorrectly on the first attempt.
2. Attempt the same question again (second attempt).
3. Observe the final answer selection process.

Expected Behavior : - The final answer should accurately reflect the user's last attempt, regardless of whether it is correct or incorrect.

Actual Behavior : - The system reverts to the first attempt’s status when selecting the final answer on the second attempt.
