Describe the bug
When a DAO deposits NEAR into Metapool to receive stNEAR, the DAO treasury updates to display that NEAR has left the DAO, but does NOT update to show that stNEAR has been MINTED to the DAOs address.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. make a proposal on DAO: https://app.astrodao.com/dao/marmaj.sputnik-dao.near/proposals/marmaj.sputnik-dao.near-662
  2. Check the treasury page
  3. DAO NEAR balance has decreased
  4. DAO stNEAR balance has not changed

Expected behavior
Expected stNEAR balance to increase.
