Describe the bug

This and this test have been failing silently.

Steps to reproduce
Run the workflow manually or see the action's logs.

Expected behavior

  • Tests that pass
  • Action fails when tests fail

Additional context
Questions:

  • Are these two tests needed?
  • Was the /s3 meant to work this way?
  • If yes, do we have a bug in the code or the test?
