Have options page theme reflect that of editor

This has come from a user idea:

auto change background color
auto change background color (in chrome-extension page) when user set light or night scheme (color scheme in editor)

I think this is very interesting, however, we will most likely have to wait until the current redesign has been completed as I don't want to add unnecessary complexity to that effort at this stage.
