Add setup wizard

When launching the program the first time some stuff has to be set up. A wizard should make this more user friendly:

• Welcome the user
• Ask for a Super Mario 64 ROM
  • Verify the ROM is compatible (Apply the VCDIFF patch, will fail if different checksum)
• Setup the emulator (Mupen generates a config file on first launch, config file needs to exist for the emulator configuration to work)
  • Start the emulator (with testrom or the sm64 rom) and stop it again.
• Ask for automatic updates

maybe add a tour that shows you around the interface (servers, settings, whatever other stuff is in 3.0)
