A few missing and incorrect neurolex ids for MOB cells

Missing Neurolex IDs

The website and the API are returning "0" values for the Neurolex ID field (nlex_id) for the PGC and mTC cells. I've looked those up and provided them below:

Olfactory bulb (main) periglomerular cell Neurolex ID is 0:

http://neuroelectro.org/api/1/nedm/?n=130&limit=1

It should be: nlx_cell_091202

Incorrect Neurolex IDs

It's possible that the neurolex ids appear to be incorrect for the following cells because there have been changes in the neurolex database. Either way, this is what I found:

Olfactory bulb (main) granule cell Neurolex ID is currently: nlx_407

It should be: nifext_123

Olfactory bulb (main) mitral cell Neurolex ID is currently: nlx_anat_100201

It should be: nifext_120
