Complete Info for get_depth/get_order

Dear Newdex,

Now get_depth can show 20 lines, and get_order shows 50 lines for most.

Is it possible that you allow a complete table for depth/self orders? If one is too long, maybe some time stamp or checkpoints to get next page is good to be integrated.
