Why

Kotlin 2.1.0 has been released with multiple improvements, such as improved K2 compiler for better build performance

Acceptance Criteria

  • Upgrade Kotlin version to 2.1.0
  • Migrate to Compose Compiler Plugin
  • Migrate from Kapt to KSP
