Please, refactor web versions' file-folder structure so that minimum number of files is stored in root folder.

Currently the web version has two folders (126 and main_window) and 50 files published to root folder, including all the graphic and audio files plus fonts.

It would be perfect, if we could have .htaccess and index.html files only and all others hidden in subfolder like assets etc.
