0.7.289 error in building the REF night #773
Comments
Full wave_ref log
|
The error seems to come from no lines found in order 48. no luck. |
I built a REF night using the minidata2 set. |
I think you should probably use the ref data from the full reduction for any science ready data - but for some sort of "test" the mini data set will suffice - I do not recommend running different reference nights - just the ones we vetted. Note the reference calibration use calibrations from all nights - therefore you have to have a good number of good nights to build the reference calibrations - mini data1 and mini data 2 were a minimum set but should not be used for any sort of science. |
@njcuk9999 do you mean I would just have to copy the 8 REF*fits files from my offline calib directory to the new one and it would be ok ? |
also the smart_FP_mask in asset/ccf_mask/ I guess, right ? |
Thanks I see those files, I'll give this a try. I will reset the DB (via the asset reset) and do db update with the new fresh calib db. |
it worked well, thanks. I've noted this trick for ref calib |
@cusher set up Apero .7.289 for a new reduction setup. It's a specific setup for the online reduction aimed at just extracting the SNR for AB during the night.
I'm using 10 nights of last July run to build the REF night, but I get the following error in the wave_ref routine:
