[ARI] Use only "out" files (t.fits + e.fits etc) #286

Problem: Cannot delete reduced directory as ARI relies on it

Solution: Use only e.fits, t.fits, s.fits etc files for ARI

This could also be a solution for LBL.

Would need to create e.fits etc for QC failures and deal with people knowing that.
