Doesn't work on, e.g., answers.microsoft.com's certain pages

Hi, thanks for the pretty useful addon. I've noticed that the Re-Pagination item in the context menu doesn't seem to show up when you right-click on the Next or (Page) 2 link on pages like:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/insider_apps-insider_music-insiderplat_phone?sort=lastreplydate&dir=desc&tab=threads&status=all&mod=&modAge=&advFil=&postedAfter=&postedBefore=&threadType=all&tm=1452720115666

where it would've been good to be able to see all the item titles and search for things.

If the reason is known and is too hard to fix, that's fine.

Hum, I think it is because the next pages are not links per se, clicking one of them does not trigger a page refresh, but an ajax call to refresh only the results.

So I guess it is pretty complicated to resolve, because it depends on the implementation of each web page.

Let's wait for the input of @nmaier though.
