Dear MR nmilosev, because systemd can not allow users to start services if system have not been booted normally with Linux kernel. Do you know about osme work around how to start service in Fedora without depend on Systemd?
Sure, I know, that I can not start services which depend on Fedora Linux kernel or on direct hardware access.
