Return “resplit this PDF” button to individual file pages

Prior to the upgrade and cutover, we had a "resplit" button at the file level, which would allow us to force a new split for a file that needed to render (or render correctly, in the case of initial errors) through the UV. We'd like that button to come back, if possible.
