Write up analysing Slovenia Hiking

Post on summarising Slovenia hiking. Don't focus on the enjoyment of the trip, rather how to process and extract
information from GPX files in R (helps me learn how to do things although FitTrackee 0.7.23
documentation mostly makes that redundant as a goal, should probably
contribute to the package in some manner).

Things to include...

• Day by day profile of elevation over distance.
• Day by day pace.
• Embedded Leaflet maps of each days hiking.
• Examples of how to load data (but not source files, load the data save as objects then load on site, faster!).
