The official homepage on PyPI is now hard to find even in the middle of web.archive.org and your repository seems to be the only one on GitHub with some life in it.

Not exactly a priority for the project I work on (Galaxy), given it's a dependency of a dependency (sqlalchemy-migrate) we are phasing out.
Any way, happy to join the PyPI maintainers team and push my changes to PyPI if that helps. Obviously no new development except for keeping it installable is to be expected.
Also, happy to transfer this repo if there's a better home for it.
