Why do you have Version: 0.0 as opposed to Version: %{version}?

Name: nuage-libnetwork
Version: 0.0
Release: 1%{?dist}

I'll discuss this further with the team, there might be a good reason why this is done. However, from a best practice point of view, it should indeed have the proper version.
