[Community Request] Bounty Program

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a community member I want to have a bounty program to incentivize me to use actively look for issues in Numbers Protocol products such as Capture Cam, Numbers Verify (formerly Numbers Search Engine), and Capture Dashboard in the hopes of making Numbers Protocol products more stable and useable.

Describe the your user story

User uses Capture Cam and discovers bug. User reports bug to Numbers Protocol Team. Team resolves issue. User is compensated in some way as a reward for helping to improve Capture Cam or other Numbers Protocol products.

Describe the solution you'd like

A Bounty Program page as a centralized location where I can find information about the bounty program. A FAQ section to help users better understand the program and how it works. A method of reporting that informs the team. A process that allows the team to quickly review and consider which tiered bug it is and priority for fixing.

This was a request from a community member "Martin" reported by our community manager and an issue request was created so the Numbers Protocol team can catalogue and discuss internally.
