Page Not Found - On localhost:1313 #813

After solving the minor issues locally, when running the localhost, shows Page not found. And shows the warning of "WARN found no layout file for "html" for kind "page": You should create a template file which matches Hugo Layouts Lookup Rules for this combination."

Kindly check the latest PR Fixed the minor errors which hindered the development server #814 after which I have got the error

Hi @Musharraffaijaz, did you run git submodule update --init --recursive prior to starting the development server?

hi @stefanv thanks for your response, from yesterday only I have been working on the thing, and now that I have been able to resolve the issue, I would comment that as I have started working on this, there are many issues, regarding the deprecated DART SASS and the issues in the date .md. WIll push a PR regarding the same, kindly review it and also will fix the readme.md documentation, it need a couple of fixes for a newcomer.
